Biography
I began training in MMA and Wrestling in 2005, leading to me winning 3 national MMA titles; fighting on Tuff N Uff in Las Vegas and competing at the professional level.
Each year I like to go and travel round the world to train at and experience different gyms.

I joined Icon Belfast under Dave Terry when the gym first opened, and received my purple belt in 2021. The culture at our gym has always been fantastic and continues to attract great people. A lot of whom have had no previous training and have developed into competing athletes.
It’s my privilege to be involved with coaching Wrestling, as well as BJJ, and continue to help prepare the team for competitions and watch them improve and succeed
